Happy Happy day!!Gonna eat some sushi today!!
But the bad news is that I'm on a diet...
Well, that's now really BAD news, but it's hard!
My goal is to loose the 14 pounds that I have.
My Weight Now: 119lbs. (Yes, I'm a piece of lard...)
My Dream Weight: 105lbs.(I wish sooooo much!!)
I did this before, so I'll just have to do it again!
This is my plan:
Breakfast: 1 banana and a BIG cup of water
Lunch: Something under 300 calories
Dinner: Something under 200 calories
Plus: A small snack if I feel like dying!!
Hope this works... It's not as bad and hard as the one I did
before... The diet I had before was pretty hard core.
Here was my daily eating plan:
Breakfast: 1/2 an apple and allot of water
Lunch: 1/2 an apple and allot of water
Dinner: 1/2 an apple and allot of water
Plus: No additional food allowed!
When I was doing this diet, my mom got really
worried. Whenever she gave me anything else, (but 1/2 an apple)
to eat, I would spat it out. I don't want my mom to be
really worried about me, so I chose to do a healthier diet this time!
Sashimi is ok because of the lean fats, protein, and omega-3s.
A no-no would be: fried food, greasy foods, and big amounts of food.
